Hello ppl.....yesterday training made my legs go jelly.Tough,did abit of slacking.Went to Seranggon Stadium as usual
Then have to go home taking mrt and it crowded.
This is what we did for traning
1st:did warm up(two rounds of stadium)2nd:Climb up stairs(5 sets)can die3rd:400m(7 sets but i did 5set,must do in 1min)make my legs go jelly4th:cool down(jog 2 round but i walked)and 1 set of 5 itemWorse went home,mum nvr cook,so decided to go buy food.Then after eating,i realised taht i bought food already,and it is in my bag,ohshit i waste my time.when i am too tied,i dont think or maybe my brain...........got some pic,but lazy to upload it..
